Meet the Team

Peter Gale

Managing Director

Peter started his career in education as a secondary science teacher before enjoying a series of leadership roles including being head of an initial teacher training partnership. He then joined Ofsted as an HMI leading inspections of primary and secondary schools and initial teacher training partnerships.

Since being back in schools Peter has held several successful senior positions in four multi academy trusts including director of teaching school, director of education and CEO. In this time he has also consulted as an education adviser to the DfE, Future Academies, Kent and Ark and was Head Consultant to Challenge Partners. Peter has had a lifelong interest in providing quality professional development and co-authored two units for The Key’s CPD toolkit.

Keith Hasley

Chief Technical Officer

Keith did a doctorate in Artificial Intelligence before starting his career in education as a science teacher and holding senior leadership positions in a variety of schools and multi academy trusts. He was responsible for the role out and training of technology solutions in education. He consults on timetabling, curriculum design and financial planning, and data reporting.

David Bartram OBE

Education Director

A teaching assistant, history teacher and senior leader, David has led special educational needs and disability provision (SEND) in London schools for over 15 years. He has worked closely with the Department for Education to develop SEND policy and was an expert advisor to the Timpson Review on school exclusions. David has worked directly with over four hundred school leadership teams across the UK to improve their provision for children with SEND.

David is author of the SEND Review Guide, a national framework funded by the DfE that has been downloaded by over 5000 schools. In 2018 he edited Great Expectations, Leading an Effective SEND Strategy in School, published by John Catt Educational. He was an advisor to the Mayor of London’s education team and is a consultant for the British Council.

Sarah Mayne

Customer and Admin Support

Sarah has a number of years of experience supporting managers and directors as a personal assistant, covering a variety of sectors including recruitment, medicine and education.  Her most recent role was to support the CEO and central team of a multi academy trust, with specific responsibility for governance.  Sarah has recently joined us to help provide support to schools and leaders.

Harry Thompson

Developer

Harry has been involved in EvaluateMySchool from a very early stage. He has extensive knowledge of innovative front end and back end design and implementation, as well as being keen to innovate using the latest technologies and developments, keeping EvaluateMySchool at the forefront of the tech stack.

Holly George

Marketing and Communications

Holly has over 18 years experience of working in marketing and communications. From leading market research projects across Europe in the IT sector, to leading on external communications for a FTSE 500 social housing company, Holly brings a wealth of experience with her. For the last seven years she has been working in the education sector for a large MAT in the south west, and has now come on board with EMS to support our growth and launch of new products.
