Our latest update allows users to create customisable forms to supplement their self-evaluation process, allowing you to collect more information than just the ratings in the self evaluation.
Key Features of the Self-Evaluation Forms
- Diverse Question Styles: Our forms support a variety of question types to suit your needs. You can include:
- Short Text: Perfect for brief responses or single-word answers.
- Long Text: Ideal for detailed feedback and elaborate explanations.
- Multiple Choice: Great for selecting from predefined options.
- Number Entries: Useful for quantitative data.
- Full control: The respond forms can be turned on and off, and also be shut so that participants can see the responses, but can’t add new ones.
- Multiple Submissions and Comparisons: Users can fill out the forms multiple times, allowing for ongoing changes. This feature enables you to compare responses over time, providing valuable insights into growth and development, or how your context changes.

- Reviews: create a form to be filled in once an holistic review has been completed, over the whole evaluation area, so that all data can be kept in one place.
